Tim Ringo is the Global Leader of IBM's Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice, and is based in London. He has overall responsibility for more than 2000 HCM professionals around the world whose focus is helping clients enable enterprise innovation and performance through improved workforce effectiveness.
Tim joined IBM Global Business Services in 2006 after 16 years at Accenture, where he was Executive Partner in Accenture's Human Performance Service Line. He brings a wealth of experience in defining and successfully implementing large scale Human Capital programmes that produce measurable results for clients. He has successfully implemented HCM solutions across most industries, including financial services, communications, high tech, industrial and travel and transportation and in most geographies, including the Americas, Europe and many parts of Asia.
Tim began his career in Human Capital Management in 1992, in the Columbus, Ohio office of Andersen Consulting, as one of the early team members of the Change Management Practice. He relocated to London in 1997, where he lives, today, with his family.
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Tim graduated from The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He also studied English Literature at Ohio State and New College, Oxford, England.
