
Michael McNeal is the Vice President of Talent Strategy and Acquisition for Intuit, Inc., the maker of industry-leading business and financial management products including TurboTax, Quicken, and QuickBooks. Michael has been involved in fast-paced, high-volume staffing across a multitude of industries for the past 22 years, where he has developed Talent Acquisition models to support a variety of successful business and marketing strategies.
The HR world knows him for influencing the success of such high growth companies as Home Depot, Starbucks, Apple, Cisco Systems, Avaya, Citi Group and now Intuit. He was senior director of corporate employment worldwide for Cisco Systems in 1996, when he developed their famous recruitment strategy.
Michael also co-founded PureCarbon, a software company that created "JobPlanet," recognized as a "Top 10 Human Resource Product" of 2000 by Human Resource Executive magazine and later acquired by Workstream.
He has been published and recognized nationally by several organizations including CNN, the American Advertising Federation and the Society of Human Resources. Most recently, Michael was honored with the Bay Area Human Resources Symposium's Award for Innovation.
