
Gerry Crispin, SPHR, is an international consultant, author, and thought-leader whose views on employment strategy, hiring processes and staffing technology are sought by many of the world's most competitive corporations.
Gerry and his business partner, Mark Mehler, facilitate intense, small-group meetings (the CareerXroads Colloquium) with leading corporate staffing leaders. They seek to raise the bar for the recruiting function as a whole by confronting cutting-edge employment issues and sharing staffing practices in a collaborative environment.
Gerry's career in Human Resources spans 30 years. It includes University Career Services, HR leadership positions at Johnson and Johnson, in Executive Search, a division GM and at a major recruitment advertising firm before forming his international consulting practice, CareerXroads.
Gerry is also an active volunteer leader and currently serves as a member of a special expertise panel, Technology and HR Management, that advises the Society of Human Resource Management on related policies and practices. Gerry’s has degrees are Engineering and Management Science form Stevens Institute of Technology.
