With over 15 years of experience in the evaluation, design, development and implementation of technology enables HR Solutions in global environments, Matthew is currently responsible for researching emerging web developments, challenging current attitudes, culture and practices, and the development of Strategy, People Processes, competence development, and our Ways of Working exploiting these emerging capabilities and experience. Matthew is a member of the Organizational Development & Change Team.
Matthew joined Nokia in 1997, and has held various IT and HR positions. His time at Nokia has been spent developing and driving forward the HR technology agenda in support of business needs. From implementing a global core ERP system, through the design and development of web-based solutions and services in areas such as reporting, analytics, recruitment, performance management, compensation management, and employee and manager self services. Prior to Nokia, Matthew spent 11 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, in both local and European HRIT roles.
