
Mike DiClaudio is the Global Practice leader of HR Service Delivery based in Towers Watson’s Chicago office. He has recently returned from leading the firm’s HR Service Delivery practice in EMEA. He works with organizations to design and deliver their HR strategy, with specific emphasis on:
· Advising and leading global HR transformation projects in diverse and decentralized organizations
· Helping clients plan for and work through pre- and post-acquisition activities
· Managing HR functions during a large-scale merger and subsequent downsizing
· Developing global HR business and service delivery strategies, with direct linkage to technology, cost containment and overall business alignment
· Driving the global standardization of HR policies, processes and strategies
· Designing global HR organizations and developing roles within those organizations
· Assessing HR and payroll processes, practices, structures and technologies against customer needs and market-leading practices (SAP and PeopleSoft environments)
· Creating process maps and recommending future-state process and technology enhancements for HR and payroll functions, including recruiting
· Evaluating and designing HR and payroll processes for potential outsourcing arrangements
Mike has worked with organizations across multiple sectors and geographies, including leading consumer products, pharmaceutical, chemical, industrial/manufacturing, retail and financial services organizations. Prior to joining the company, Mike worked with a real estate firm in Chicago. He was responsible for creating standardized hiring and assignment processes, ultimately creating a nation-wide network of real estate appraisers. Mike earned a bachelor of arts in economics and management from Albion College in Albion, Michigan USA.
