Anne is an experienced OD Transformation expert and leader with strengths in all areas of Talent Management, and Organizational Development. She has been a Registered Organizational Psychologist for over 20 years, executive coach and recognized career management expert. She has had particular success in aligning talent initiatives with business strategies to deliver a measurable return on investment in multiple organizations over the years. Anne has led teams of experienced and talented professionals over the years delivering services in assessment design, competency framework development, coaching and training. 


Anne is a serial entrepreneur, organizational psychologist and recognized talent management expert. She has been involved with Career Assessment and coaching through her entire career, is an expert at assessment design and development and was delivering customized predictive assessments with her business Talent Technologies in NZ, where she also distributed SilkRoad Talent Management Technologies. Talent Technologies was acquired by SHL in 2011, the catalyst for re-engaging with Career Analysts and the Fuel50 career software that Anne had originally developed. Anne believes her key talent is in attracting great people to the business and creating a culture that allows people to fully leverage that talent to maximum business impact.
